So, allow me to take care of that here and now. I don't know how or why you appeared in this world but as I imagine you've already realized, the rules of the Realm of Light don't follow here in this world. So, I'll state this plainly and not 'bother wasting your time.' I don't know what you're planning, or if you intend anything ill of this world. However. I will be watching you until I can determine the answer. Understand that there are several organizations here exist outside the police force, each of them is dedicated to preserving peace and order in this world. A fair word of warning to the wise, then. There are many very powerful and able people in this world that will react quickly and strictly to threats against the peace. This world exists to give people a chance at a new life. Don't waste your chance because of schemes and plotting. A heart is a terrible thing to waste, you know.
