I know what you're saying. I still don't understand how even this works, with the typing. There are quite a few types, too, and each one has its strengths and weaknesses, so it's difficult to remember or memorize it all, ontop of doing everything else! Catching and raising my other two was troublesome enough without having to think as hard as I do to do it. [She sighs, then blinks, looking off to the side before turning off the video function.]
I...well, it's not quite an animal or creature yet but I do have this. [Perona shows off an off-white egg, with an almost waxy-like texture to the shell. She pulls the egg to her lap, hugging it gently and almost affectionately.] I was given this by someone I spoke to when I first got here, as a gift. If I assume correctly, it will become a fire type...and a ghost, I think.
I have another waiting for me as well, at the next town. You can get one for free if you're new, and you pay otherwise if you're not. You an even choose the creature you want to hatch.
